Class styles

Find the class that suits you.

Both class styles are welcoming and inclusive. The difference is mainly in the pace and the way the practice is structured.

Slow Flow Yoga

Calm, steady movement with time to settle into each pose.

Slow Flow Yoga is a gentler, more unhurried form of flow yoga. You still move through linked postures with the breath, but there is more time to settle into each pose, find your alignment, and move with control rather than rushing from one shape to the next.

It usually includes a mix of:

  • flowing sequences, often based around Sun Salutations
  • standing poses and balance work
  • strength and mobility
  • longer holds than a faster Vinyasa class
  • breathing and relaxation at the end

“Slow” does not necessarily mean “easy.” Holding poses longer and moving deliberately can actually make it quite strengthening. But it generally feels calmer and more accessible, especially for beginners or people who do not want a fast-paced class.

Yoga for All

Inclusive yoga with options for different bodies, abilities and experience levels.

Yoga for All is an inclusive yoga class designed to suit a wide range of people, including complete beginners.

It is less about a specific style and more about the way the class is taught, offering different options, encouraging people to work with their own body, and avoiding the expectation that everyone should do the same version of a pose.

Most postures are workshopped from the beginner’s point of view with accessibility in mind. More advanced options are offered throughout to those who want to deepen their practice or who have practised yoga before.
